High Training Institute is seeking skilled and passionate English Instructors to join our team in Dammam/Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, with potential assignments at newly established branches in other cities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Native or non-native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• CELTA, DELTA, or TESOL certification.
• Minimum IELTS score of 6.5.

General Requirements (All Instructors)

• Minimum 4 years of recent experience.
• High level of computer proficiency.
• Experience with smart learning technologies is preferred.

Employment Details

• Place of Work: High Training Institute – Dammam/Dhahran (with possible relocation to other cities).
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewable annually.
• Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary of 7,500 – 12,000 SAR per month, plus:
  • Performance bonus (up to 3 months).
  • Allowances: 25% housing, 10% transportation, and 1,000 SAR food allowance (single-status contracts).
