We are looking for smart individuals who are tech passionate and people-oriented, who would work with our customers in their locations, handle Foodics software installation and hardware setup, introduce and train customers on the product, and solve on-demand issues for them. What Will You Do
  • Deliver a world-class service for new and existing clients
  • Handle customer needs at their locations for all Foodics services, RMS, Pay, Online
  • Visit client sites and ensure quality of services
  • Handle location-specific onboarding, installations, training, replacement and support requests
  • Work with other departments on clients' escalated tickets to deliver on-demand support
  • Handle requests on-demand and within the company SLA
  • Work closely with outlet teams and operations for clients on-demand and general support requests
What Are We Looking For
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably with Information Technology / Software and/or SaaS products experience
  • Knowledge in software, networking and POS systems
  • Comfortable with handling a high volume of requests and calls on our unified number
  • Flexible to deliver work outside working hours/public holiday calls and visits
  • Strong problem-solving skills - able to identify problems and find solutions
  • Comfortable in English and Arabic language - communicating with confidence
  • Good command of MS Office Applications - Excel is a plus
  • Knowledge of Networking, POS, ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience with escalation tickets handling and CRM is a plus
  • Must have a valid driving license and own a car for business requirements such as installations, site visits, training requests, etc.

Note: High volume of calls, use of computer, long screen time, use of headset, mobility may be required, field work.
