We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Technical Support professional to join our team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows servers, NAS, printers, and related networking equipment.
  • Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and VPNs.
  • Monitor scheduled jobs, computer output, and system logs for accuracy and errors.
  • Perform critical data backups and secure data according to established procedures.
  • Install firmware and security updates on servers, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Active Directory or Azure environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Antivirus, Anti-Spam, and Anti-malware solutions to ensure maximum network protection.
  • Maintain Unified Communications, VoIP systems, and related platforms.
  • Maintain data for redundancy and assist with remediation based on test findings and risk assessments.
  • Log and manage hardware/software issues, coordinate repairs, and elevate complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist with software upgrades and installations.
  • Create scripts for automation of routine tasks.
  • Receive technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and provide professional, prompt responses.
  • Diagnose technical issues related to hardware, systems, or software and provide effective solutions.
  • Set up user accounts and manage permissions in accordance with company policies.
  • Document support requests, procedures, and solutions to ensure service quality and improve future performance.
  • Offer guidance and support to users on effective use of systems and technical tools.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup procedures.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as required to maintain overall IT infrastructure and network security.
Requirements:
