Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IN Engineer to join our telecom operations team in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for maintaining and optimizing Intelligent Network systems, ensuring seamless service delivery and superior network performance.

Detailed Job Description
As an IN Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, traffic measurement, and performance optimization of the IN network. You’ll work with advanced charging systems and virtualization technologies, contributing to process improvements and technical innovations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend technical meetings, and play a key role in ensuring network reliability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 2nd-level restoration and resolve trouble reports efficiently
• Manage Change Requests and implement SW/HW/configuration updates
• Conduct performance analysis, generate reports, and recommend improvements
• Maintain SW/HW status and contribute to process enhancements
• Represent IN team activities in technical meetings
• Design and implement tariffs, service classes, and configuration updates
• Investigate network disturbances and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Develop and improve departmental procedures and routines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of Charging System nodes (SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, ECMS, OCC, IVR, NgCRS)
• Expertise in Tariff, RMA handling, and IN Business Configuration
• Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, ESXi 6.x) & HP 3PAR Storage
• Proficiency with SAN Switches, HP C7000 Blade Architecture, and virtualization
• Skilled in Oracle Database, Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting & IP networking
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson CS Nodes, capacity planning, and redundancy
• Experience with automation (SUF Playlist, SDP Geo Redundancy setup)
• Familiarity with Core Network systems and GSM/WCDMA concepts
• Proven experience with HW/SW upgrades, CSR handling, OSS, routing & integration processes

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of cloud-based telecom solutions
• Experience with network security and encryption protocols
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and orchestration tools
• Vendor certifications (Ericsson, VMware, Oracle)
