Overview

Job Purpose: The HR Generalist at Bahri Logistics is responsible for ensuring the timely hiring of qualified talent to support business operations and for managing employee lifecycle processes to maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance. This role plays a key part in aligning HR practices with the needs of Bahri Logistics’ dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
    • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • implement an employee on boarding and orientation system that is in line with Bahri Logistics' employer image and that ensure a smooth joining experience for the newly hired employee.
  • Employee Services
    • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including contracts, leaves, attendance, and documentation.
    • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes smoothly and in compliance with local labor laws.
    • Ensure timely execution of personnel transactions (e.g., transfers, promotions, contract renewals, GOSI updates, etc.).
    • Liaise with government portals (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad) to ensure compliance.
    • Support the payroll team with validated data inputs (leaves, absences, overtime, etc.).
    • Address employee inquiries related to personnel issues, policies, and benefits.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience HR experience with a focus on recruitment and personnel in the logistics or Industrial field.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HRDF, GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem platforms.
  • Preferrable Certificates: CIPD Level 5, PHRI, or equivalent.
