Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
