  • Manage GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and other government portal processes.

The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for the Dammam branch, ensuring strong compliance with Saudi Labor Law, smooth HR operations & effective people management. The role requires a professional who worked in a manufacturing companies and understands the dynamics of HR, manpower planning, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR team for the Dammam branch
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
  • Manage GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and other government portal processes
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Support Saudization and workforce nationalization initiatives
  • Manage payroll coordination and HR documentation
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing company
  • Proven experience leading an HR team
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government portals
  • Excellent English communication Skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred)
