Job summary

A leading company in the region seeks an HR Coordinator under the Tamheer Program in Jeddah. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. Ideal candidates are Saudi nationals, fresh graduates or with up to one year of experience. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment activities, maintaining HR records, and responding to employee inquiries. This program lasts for 6 months with the potential for permanent employment after completion.

Qualifications

  • Saudi national, registered and eligible under HRDF Tamheer Program.
  • Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
  • Not currently employed and not registered in GOSI payroll.

  • Maintain HR records and databases like attendance and employee files.
  • Support onboarding and training programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with HRDF Tamheer compliance.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.

Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination.
  • Maintain HR records and databases (attendance, leaves, employee files).
  • Support onboarding, orientation sessions and training programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with HRDF Tamheer compliance processes.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Eligibility Criteria (Tamheer Requirements)
  1. Saudi national.
  2. Registered and eligible under HRDF Tamheer Program.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Engineer, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
  4. Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
  5. Not currently employed and not registered in GOSI payroll.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Program Duration: 6 months with potential to permanent employment after program completion.
