About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with 6 to 10 years of proven HR expertise within the Defense, Land, Military, or Automotive sectors. This critical role is based in Al Kharj and seeks a strategic partner who can align HR initiatives with business goals to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with operational needs and organizational goals.
  • Lead strategic manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to meet business demands.
  • Manage employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Support organizational design, development, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
  • Drive key talent management initiatives including IDPs, promotion cycles, salary reviews, and rewards administration.
  • Oversee recruitment operations and optimize talent acquisition processes specific to defense, military, and automotive sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certification preferred.
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, specifically with Defense, Land, Military, or Automotive industries.
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR Business Partner with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and HR programs successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Preferably Saudi Nationals residing in or near Al Kharj.
