Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and applicable legislation.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
• Implement safety training programs for staff and personnel, ensuring all site workers understand their roles in maintaining safety standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, compiling reports and maintaining records of HSE performance.
• Assist in developing and reviewing HSE plans, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmentalagian awareness.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and PPE are available, properly maintained, and used correctly by all personnel.

Requirements

• Strong observational and analytical skills for identifying hazards and risks.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and training personnel.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• IOSH, NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, OTHM Level 6, mini 5+ years experience in Supervisor field. Mandatory Nebosh IGC certificate.
