Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
  • Lead training programs to educate employees on HSE practices, promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to incorporate HSE considerations into project plans.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements in HSE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, ideally within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
