Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PTW, SIMOPS, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HSE activities during commissioning and start-up phases.
• Ensure commissioning activities comply with HSE plans, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses.
• Monitor site activities, audits, and inspections; intervene on unsafe acts or conditions.
