The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and compliant HR operational services throughout the entire employee life cycle in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on managing government portals (such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.), as well as overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes and all core HR administrative operations. This role ensures full alignment with Saudi labor law, company policies, and evolving government requirements. Furthermore, the HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a positive employee experience.
Government Portals & Compliance: Manage and maintain all HR‑related government portal activities, including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and any other regulatory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee records, visas, work permits, medical insurance, and nationalization documentation.
Onboarding: Coordinate the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, system entry, government registration, work permit/Iqama issuance, and medical insurance activation.
Offboarding: Manage offboarding activities, including documentation for final settlements, exit interviews, notifying government authorities, processing system deletions, and canceling employee records with the relevant authorities.
HR Operations & Administration: Oversee all HR administrative services, including personnel file management, data accuracy, records management, and reporting.
Payroll Support: Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all HR data impacting payroll (new joiners, leavers, status changes, allowances, updating GOSI & WPS) is processed accurately and on schedule.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure HR processes and documentation meet Saudi labor law, company policy, and audit requirements. Prepare for and support internal and external audits as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes, enhance employee experience, and ensure digitalisation and data accuracy across HR operations.
