About the job Hr Manager _ Saudi National

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our clientsteam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
  • Identify training and development needs and plan and implement relevant programs
  • Manage employee relations and handle any issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and handle all HR-related documentation
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide recommendations for improving HR processes and practices
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
