About the Role

A leading construction company in Riyadh is seeking a highly capable and structured HR Manager to lead its human capital function.

This is a strategic and hands-on position reporting directly to executive leadership, with a mandate to build and implement real HR governance, drive compliance, and foster accountability across the organization.

️Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy development
  • Ensure legal compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization quotas
  • Implement and manage the company’s HR system
  • Partner with leadership to optimize org structure, job descriptions, and manpower planning
  • Lead internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling professionally
  • Build and maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR analytics reports
  • Act as a business partner to operations and finance departments

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of HR experience, ideally in construction, contracting, or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, HRDF)
  • Familiarity with HR digital platforms (JISR, ZenHR, Zoho People, etc.)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Arabic + English fluency
  • Saudi nationals preferred
