Job description

A Multi-National chemical business is currently looking for a HRM to head up their Saudi operations - based in Dammam.

Supports all divisions as a strategic partner. Ensures company compliance in all existing governmental, labour and social security legislations. Manages all human resource functions, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and training.

  1. Analyses staffing issues and consults with managers to develop strategies that meet organizational needs.
  2. Establishes the company salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  3. Defines all training standards.
  4. Supervises the training needs analysis and yearly calendar for training curriculum of both Head office and Sales force, close follow up of execution.
  5. Supervises all performance management related meetings, trainings, and announcements.
  6. Ensures budgetary approval for position allocations.
  7. Designs and manages a company-wide process of organizational development that addresses issues such as succession planning and talent management.
  8. Leads company compliance with all existing HR related legislative requirements.
  9. Advises managers on employee disciplinary issues. Encourages progressive discipline when appropriate, ensuring that actions adhere to all relevant rules and policies.
  10. Manages the human resources applications through human resources staff.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree qualified.
Minimum of 5 years in HR.
Ideally Management experience.
Solid understanding of the Saudi Labor Laws and regulations.
Multi-National exposure would be beneficial.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 SAR/month
