Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in administration or hospitality is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles is required; familiarity with Saudi Labor Law is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files while ensuring data privacy.
  • Assist with visa processing and medical requirements in coordination with the GRO.
