POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR / Admin Manager will oversee and manage all Human Resources and Administrative functions for the company, ensuring that the organization’s workforce is aligned with its strategic goals, and that operations run smoothly. This role will play a key part in enhancing company culture, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and industry regulations. This role will report to the General Manager and work closely with other department heads to align human resources strategies with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies to support the company’s business objectives in alignment with corporate culture and values.
  • Ensure that HR initiatives, such as talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, contribute to the long-term success of the company.
  • Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters including organizational changes, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the company, ensuring a strong pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast and plan workforce needs in alignment with business goals and growth plans.
  • Manage recruitment activities for local and international hires, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Act as a key advisor on employee relations issues, resolving disputes, grievances, and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant work environment.
  • Oversee and manage employee contracts, renewals, and terminations in accordance with the law.
  • Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage annual salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefit schemes.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs to foster continuous improvement, career growth, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and create targeted training solutions.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities management, management of government related matters, security administration.
  • Work closely with the HSE department to ensure that HR policies are aligned with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Support the implementation of HSE training programs and ensure HR systems are compliant with safety standards.
  • Oversee HR and administrative department budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR and administrative processes, reducing costs, and maximizing resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • University Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Business Administration Diploma.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Must speak Arabic and English.
  • Prefer applicants of candidates with similar industry experience.
