Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in tendering within electrical manufacturing, EPC, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of MV/LV solutions and relevant standards (IEC, ANSI/NEMA preferred).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RFQ analysis, Bid/No‑Bid decisions, and tender strategy.
  • Manage and distribute workload across the tendering team and provide technical guidance.
  • Review and validate technical and commercial offers, costing sheets, and supplier quotations.
  • Respond to customer technical clarifications and align proposals with EPCs, consultants, and end‑users.
  • Prepare contract review documents, risk assessments, and approval packages.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management.
  • Support sales during order negotiations and change‑order costing.
  • Track hit rates, quotation timelines, and overall tender performance.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements in costing tools, workflows, templates, and proposal quality.
  • Integrate market intelligence to enhance competitiveness and win rates.
