About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Solutioning to lead our Solution Architecture (SA) team within the Business Support Systems (BSS) domain. This is a line management role responsible for overseeing a diverse team of Solution Architects across various experience levels. You will provide both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the design and delivery of best‑in‑class solutions that address complex customer challenges.
Your deep understanding of business operation systems — particularly charging, billing, and core commerce platforms — will be essential to guide your team, influence key customer engagements, and help shape Ericsson’s positioning in the digital BSS space.
You will be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and customer‑facing teams, working across multiple Market Areas and Business Areas, and reporting insights to Customer Unit CTOs and R&D teams.
