Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, pricing, and discounting to sustain profitability and promote sustainable growth
- Develop sales strategies, forecast accurately, and improve go-to-market tactics
- Recruit and retain A Players; foster a feedback-driven, coaching-oriented culture, and conduct performance reviews
- Examine market trends, customer behavior, and competitors
- Work closely with marketing and internal teams to ensure sales readiness and efficiency
- Ensure the sales team utilizes tools such as CRM, dashboards, and reports to enhance productivity and visibility
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and client retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in forecasting and sales reporting
- Strong background with IT services or MSP companies
- Solid track record of building and managing sales teams
- Ability to drive revenue through strategic planning and execution
- Comfortable working with C-level clients and enterprise accounts
- Hands‑on approach in developing sales pipelines and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Open to receiving feedback for self‑improvement and delivering feedback to others in a respectful and encouraging manner
- Strong desire for personal and professional development through ongoing learning and training initiatives
