Responsibilities
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, pricing, and discounting to sustain profitability and promote sustainable growth
  • Develop sales strategies, forecast accurately, and improve go-to-market tactics
  • Recruit and retain A Players; foster a feedback-driven, coaching-oriented culture, and conduct performance reviews
  • Examine market trends, customer behavior, and competitors
  • Work closely with marketing and internal teams to ensure sales readiness and efficiency
  • Ensure the sales team utilizes tools such as CRM, dashboards, and reports to enhance productivity and visibility
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and client retention
Requirements
