Your Role International, Challenging And Future‑Oriented!
  • Inspire, develop, and empower team members, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Define priorities, set clear objectives, and provide regular feedback to enhance performance and motivation.
  • Drive the preparation of technical and commercial offers for revamping, retrofit, and modernization projects across medium voltage systems, protection systems, and SCADA.
  • Coordinate internal resources and ensure alignment with technical scope, deadlines, and customer expectations.
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure continuous improvement in team performance and efficiency.
  • Standardization of proven concepts and solutions to replicate them as function packages.
  • Act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders, including close and ongoing collaboration with headquarter counterparts.
  • Support the Sales team in negotiations and contribute to the commercial strategy to maximize win rates.
  • Coordinate and support the proposal team in daily activities, defining the best technical and commercial solutions and managing the entire bid process for public and private tenders, ensuring the highest quality of the offers.
  • Responsible for continuously improving offer processes to increase efficiency, speed, and quality, while ensuring full adherence to corporate procedures.
  • Support the technical growth of individual team members by leveraging the tools and resources provided by the local initiative and Head‑Quarter.
  • Satisfy the customer's expectations to identify the best technical and economic solution based on the available portfolio.
  • Actively support the management and coordination of cross‑segment tenders to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive growth in new business verticals and manage offer types not currently covered (e.g., large EPC projects, turnkey solutions, etc.)
  • Develop customers knowledge and relationships, supporting the dedicated Sales cluster(s) and with specific meetings at customer's premises when required.
  • Coordinate all concerned Stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Head‑Quarter, third parties and internal cross division) to ensure a full aliment between the team, segment and management.
  • Actively participate in internal and external kickoff meetings to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to execution and to foster strong collaboration between teams of proposal and execution.
  • Actively coordinate any advanced technical and commercial promotional activity.
Your Qualifications And Skills Digital And Solid!
  • At least 15 years of background in Siemens with strong experience in Siemens process and policies.
  • At least 10 years in medium voltage application environments.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading minimum of team of 10 people.
  • Large experience on tender process for EPCs, public customer, international projects and complex plants.
  • Proven experience in leading small but high‑potential teams, with strong coaching skills and the ability to develop people, structure processes, and guide the team through a phase of growth and increasing complexity.
  • Experience in offering of MV Portfolio covering Air insulated/Gas Insulated Switchgear, Protection (MV and HV Network) and automation Systems and Solutions covering Modular E houses.
  • Knowledge of the medium/high voltage distribution and power generation market, understanding of electrical systems, distribution networks, electrical schemes, and tender specifications.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering.
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • Respect for diversity and a collaborative mindset, with willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
