- Coordinate priorities across multiple projects and ensure workshop output matches site deadlines.
Technical & Drawings Coordination
- Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and layout drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent).
- Raise RFIs/technical queries when needed to avoid fabrication errors.
- Ensure design intent is maintained while proposing practical fabrication solutions when required.

- Assign tasks, supervise workmanship, and ensure efficient use of workshop resources.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

- Track material deliveries, availability, and consumption against BOQs.
- Manage stock/inventory for frequently used items (MDF, plywood, paint, lighting, acrylic, vinyl, metal, hardware, etc.).
- Maintain clear cost awareness and support cost optimization without compromising quality.
Quality Control & Standards
- Implement quality checkpoints across fabrication stages (structure, finishing, dimensions, branding placement).
- Ensure outputs meet client expectations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Prevent rework through measurement checks, mockups (where needed), and final inspections.
- Maintain documentation: daily production reports, QC checklists, snag lists, corrective actions.
Installation & Site Coordination (as needed)
- Coordinate closely with Site/Project teams for logistics, delivery, installation readiness, and dismantle plans.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch planning to avoid damage and missing items.
- Provide workshop technical support during site execution, especially for complex structures.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal HSE standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and incident reporting when needed.
Team Leadership & Performance

- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance; coordinate overtime/shift planning as per project demands.
- Build a strong, accountable team culture focused on deadlines and quality.
