What This Role Is About

We are looking for a Head of Marketing, based in Jeddah, to lead the marketing strategy for a large regional FMCG organization.

You will be responsible for defining brand positioning, consumer engagement strategies, and marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and market share.

This role is ideal for a strategic marketing leader with deep FMCG experience, strong consumer insights, and the ability to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

You will oversee brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, innovation, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Your ability to inspire teams, shape brand narratives, and drive consumer‑centric strategies will be central to strengthening the company’s market presence.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
  • 12–18 years of marketing experience within FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
