We’re seeking a Head of Campaign & Content Strategy to lead the strategic direction, performance, and execution of campaigns across SAN’s multi-brand portfolio.
You’ll define campaign objectives, manage budgets, select media channels, and analyze results, ensuring that every campaign balances creativity with commercial success. Working with creative, media, and e-commerce teams, you’ll transform insights into powerful brand moments that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Develop and lead integrated campaign strategies for all SAN brands across digital and offline channels.
- Set objectives, KPIs, and strategic frameworks that connect creativity with business results.
- Manage budget allocation and optimization, ensuring efficiency across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
- Define media mix and publishing plans (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, PR, Influencers) tailored to audience insights.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and ROI evaluation to guide future planning.
Data-Driven Planning & Intelligence
- Use analytics and customer data to identify growth opportunities, key seasons, and behavioral triggers.
- Establish a Campaign Intelligence Framework linking ad performance to purchase intent and customer journeys.
- Monitor product and message performance to highlight hero items and optimize storytelling.
Cross-Functional Campaign Management
- Collaborate with Creative, Media, and E-commerce teams for seamless execution across touchpoints.
- Ensure all campaigns support omnichannel conversion goals across retail and digital platforms.
- Partner with Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships for co-creation and collaborations.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Build and oversee a Campaign Dashboard tracking ROAS, CAC, conversions, and brand KPIs.
- Deliver Post-Campaign Reports summarizing results, insights, and next steps.
- Implement Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to forecast and reallocate budgets dynamically.
Brand Portfolio Alignment
- Design an Integrated Storytelling Framework ensuring brand harmony across SAN’s portfolio.
- Align campaigns with product launches and seasonal collections, reinforcing each brand’s voice and equity.
Innovation & Trend Leadership
- Track global fashion and content trends to inspire new campaign opportunities.
- Integrate AI, CGI, and interactive formats to advance SAN’s digital innovation and customer engagement.
Governance & Process Excellence
- Develop a Campaign Playbook defining processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
- Lead quarterly campaign reviews to evaluate creative and commercial outcomes across brands.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build partnerships with major media and tech platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Vogue Arabia, etc.).
- Manage external agencies and partners to elevate creativity and reach.
- Identify co-branding opportunities that align with SAN’s growth strategy.
Leadership & Culture
- Lead a cross-functional campaign team across planning, analytics, and media.
- Foster a culture of data-driven creativity, agility, and ownership.
- Champion SAN’s values: Innovation, Speed, Customer Love, Excellence, and Accountability.
Requirements
- 7–10 years’ experience in campaign strategy, brand marketing, or integrated communications (fashion or retail preferred).
- Proven expertise in budget management, campaign analytics, and ROI optimization.
- Strong understanding of GCC consumer behavior and omnichannel marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Power BI, and GA4.
