The Head of Brokerage – KSA will be responsible for establishing and leading our brokerage operations from the ground up, developing a tailored business strategy and model for the Riyadh market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This leadership role calls for a visionary professional with a deep understanding of the KSA real estate landscape in Riyadh, proven expertise in managing operations, driving sales, and creating strategic initiatives that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, committed to delivering exceptional client service, and skilled in building and leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business model and market entry strategy for KSA, ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations, licensing, and business requirements.
  • Oversee the overall operations of the Saudi branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving business performance.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth areas to establish the company as a leading brokerage in Saudi Arabia.
  • Build, lead, and manage a high‑performing team of real estate professionals across sales, marketing, and support functions.
  • Define KPIs, performance standards, and operational processes to optimize efficiency and achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Drive revenue generation through client acquisition, retention, and innovative business development and marketing initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders to enhance market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with UAE headquarters and international offices to align business objectives, leveraging the company’s global brand, systems, and resources while tailoring them to the local market.
  • Report regularly to senior management on branch performance, sales forecasts, opportunities, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in real estate brokerage leadership, preferably within the GCC, with a strong track record in driving growth and managing high‑performing teams.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, regulations, and business culture; experience in KSA market is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in building a brokerage from inception or leading large‑scale expansion projects.
  • Strong sales management capabilities, with exceptional financial, commercial, and strategic acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
