A leading hotel chain based in Saudi Arabia seeks a dedicated Head Baker to oversee the bakery section. In this role, you will monitor bakery operations, create high-quality bakery products, and ensure hygiene and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a professional kitchen apprenticeship, experience in a bakery, and strong culinary skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experience in a bakery section along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of pastry preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential.
