Responsibilities

• Responsible for pick up and delivery of guest laundry.
• Collect laundry and dry cleaning bags from guest rooms.
• Count and verify all items as per the laundry and dry cleaning lists.
• Report immediately any guest valuables or items found in pockets.
• Check all items for damage and stains and take appropriate action.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of dryers.
