Job summary

A prominent procurement firm in Riyadh is seeking a Buyer for their GPCS team. This role involves managing procurement for non-inventory goods and ensuring timely deliveries of packaging supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and supply chain management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant ERP systems. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency while meeting KPIs. Occasional travel to fulfilment centres may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Relevant experience in Materials Management and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily forecast and manage materials for packaging supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers for prompt deliveries.
• Execute purchase orders based on forecasts.

Skills

Experience in Microsoft Office

Advanced proficiency in local language

Intermediate proficiency in English
