• Oversee daily accounting operations, cash flow management, and monthly / year-end financial close.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Work extensively on Odoo ERP for financial operations and reporting (critical requirement).
• Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide senior management with data-driven financial insights to support decision‑making.
• Optimize financial processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Finance Manager within a well‑known hospitality or travel company.
• Systems: Strong, hands‑on proficiency in Odoo ERP.
