Job summary

A rapidly growing company in the F&B sector located in Riyadh is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English, with strong analytical and leadership skills. Experience in food and beverage industry is preferred. This role aids in safeguarding the company’s financial health through strategic control and management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial management, controlling, or auditing.
  • Proven ERP experience including implementation.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or related industries is highly valued.
  • Recognized certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
  • Candidate age must not exceed 35 years.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor expenses and control costs to improve profitability.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal control frameworks.

Leverage your expertise and play a critical role in strengthening the financial stability of a rapidly growing company within the F&B sector, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As a Financial Controller, you will support the Head of Finance in safeguarding the company’s financial health through robust financial planning, reporting, compliance, and operational controls. You will oversee core financial activities, manage budgeting and forecasting, and lead financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and propose efficiency measures to improve profitability.

  • Manage cash flow to support operational continuity and financial stability.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal control frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry requirements.

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities.

  • Manage and analyze intercompany transactions, related‑party reports, and group‑level consolidations.

  • Utilize financial systems and ERPs (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) to drive accuracy and efficiency.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s is an advantage).
  • Strong background in accounting, costing, and treasury functions.

  • Proven ERP experience, including implementation (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management, controlling, or auditing.
