Field Service Supervisor (SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY)

The Field Service Supervisor at Novomet is responsible for leading ESP field operations, managing teams during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with technical standards and HSE requirements. This role bridges operational leadership with client-facing responsibilities to ensure seamless oilfield performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise ESP field operations including installation, pulling, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP equipment.
• Manage and coordinate field teams, ensuring proper distribution of tasks and timely completion of jobs.
• Review and approve technical service tickets, installation/dismantle reports, and other operational documents.
• Monitor validity of employees’ HSE and lifting certificates; arrange periodic trainings as required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client representatives, ensuring strong relationships and service satisfaction.
• Support technical innovation by providing feedback and assisting in development of product manuals, procedures, and modifications to meet customer needs.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Saudi Nationals only (as part of nationalization program)
• Minimum 6 years of oilfield experience, with at least 4 years in artificial lift/ESP operations within KSA
• Technical degree or proven hands-on experience in ESP field operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop junior staff
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Full compliance mindset on HSE policies and oilfield safety standards
