About the Role

As an Art Director, you will lead the creative vision and execution of immersive worlds—from theme parks and waterparks to cultural attractions and themed environments. You’ll oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring artistic excellence, storytelling, and practical execution are seamlessly aligned.

you’ll work closely with designers, painters, sculptors, and craftspeople to turn bold ideas into built reality. You’ll have the tools, talent, and support to make magic real.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, artists, and fabricators
• Develop and maintain the artistic vision across all project phases
• Oversee concept design, detailing, and final execution
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and project teams
• Ensure artistic integrity while balancing budgets, timelines, and build constraints
• Guide material selection, scenic techniques, and fabrication processes
• Maintain high creative standards across multiple large-scale projects

What We’re Looking For

Education
