Primary Purpose
Oversee manufacturing to ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within budget. This includes managing staff, equipment, production schedules, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Production Oversight – Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
- Team Management
- Quality Control – Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
- Cost Efficiency – Manage budgets and optimize resource use to control costs.
- Safety Compliance – Enforce safety regulations and create a safe working environment.
- Maintenance Supervision – Ensure equipment is maintained and downtime is minimized.
- Reporting and Planning – Prepare production reports, analyze performance data, and plan future production activities.
