Overview

Role Summary The Facility Auditor will be responsible for conducting detailed audits of buildings, architectural conditions, and MEP systems to ensure safety, functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with standards. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to drive corrective actions by collaborating with facility teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive on-site audits of buildings, architectural features, and MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, fire protection, security, and other mechanical systems) to ensure compliance, safety, and functionality.
  2. Maintain and monitor the overall aesthetics and visual standards of facilities.
  3. Identify deficiencies, repair needs, and risks through inspections, and promptly escalate violations for corrective action.
  4. Review maintenance records, operational practices, and facility management procedures for effectiveness and compliance.
  5. Prepare detailed audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations and follow up until closure.
  6. Collaborate with facility managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure recommendations are implemented and continuous improvement is achieved.
  7. Communicate findings and updates effectively through strong written and verbal communication.
  8. Experience in auditing hotels or complex hospitality environments is an advantage.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in facility audits, building inspections, or facility management.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, fire protection, security, and mechanical).
  • Familiarity with building codes, statutory compliance, and safety regulations.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or large commercial facilities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
