Qualifications
- Saudi National required.

- Train, schedule, and motivate lounge team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure seamless operations in the lounge.
- Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, updates, and any necessary changes.
- Assist in developing promotions or special events to drive traffic to the lobby lounge.
