Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Manager to lead the overall operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate, business management, and team leadership, with the ability to drive growth, improve efficiency, and ensure project excellence. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic vision as well as daily operational involvement.

Key Accountabilities
  • Business Leadership & Strategy — Develop and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic goals in line with market trends and company vision; Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas.
  • Operations Management — Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (sales, marketing, project development, finance, and admin); Streamline internal processes to increase efficiency and performance.
  • Team Leadership — Lead and develop a small, high-performing team with a strong culture of accountability and collaboration; Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support professional development.
  • Sales, Marketing & Client Relations — Supervise sales strategies, pricing, and customer relationship management; Represent the company in negotiations, client meetings, and industry events; Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, vendors, and government entities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or general management role.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and development process.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
