Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer relationships, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Follow up on open inquiries and quotations to ensure conversion into sales.
  • Process confirmed orders and coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Represent the company professionally during face-to-face client interactions and meetings.
  • Handle VIP client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with operations and other departments for confirmed events and last-minute requirements.
  • Assist in resolving post-sale issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and uphold the companys brand standards internally and externally.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members when required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (inbound/reactive sales experience preferred).
  • Willingness to visit client sites when required by the business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Opera system and basic sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge or experience in high-end events catering is an advantage.
  • Energetic, proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to upsell and consistently achieve individual and group sales targets.
