Job description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Estimation Specialist, located in Jeddah. The Estimation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends and pricing data to develop strategies and recommendations. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing pricing models, collaborating with sales and finance teams, managing customer pricing inquiries, and monitoring pricing alignment with company goals. This role requires effective communication and close coordination with various departments to ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness.

Gender: Applications are open to both genders who meet the qualifications and experience.

Work location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – presence in Jeddah is required for the personal interview.

Qualifications and experience:

• A suitable higher qualification and preferably having completed courses in data analysis.
• Experience more than 5 years in the same position.
• The ability to follow up and work under pressure.
• Excellent experience with Microsoft programs.
• Experience in dealing with government platforms to submit technical and financial proposals.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Project requirements analysis:
• Studying the project plans and specifications in detail.
• Studying the technical items and ensuring their compliance.
• Inventory all items and review the specified quantities.
• Preparing the necessary documents and paperwork.
• Pricing and cost estimation:
• Determining the prices of materials, labor, and equipment based on market prices.
• Determining direct costs and indirect costs.
• Pricing each item individually to create a comprehensive estimate.
• Developing pricing strategies:
• Developing pricing strategies.
• Analyzing competitor prices and market trends to ensure the competitiveness of the offer.
• Ensuring pricing aligns with profitability and revenue goals.
• Risk management and reporting:
• Identifying and managing potential risks that may affect the project's cost.
• Preparing periodic reports on project performance and costs.
• Ensuring compliance with the approved pricing policies.
• Analysis and support:
• Market monitoring to detect any price fluctuations.
• Working with data analysis tools such as Excel & Python.

• دراسة البنود الفنية والتأكد من مطابقتها.
• حصر جميع البنود ومراجعة الكميات المحددة.
• تجهيز الوثائق والمستندات اللازمة.
• التسعير وتقدير التكاليف
• تحديد أسعار المواد، العمالة، والمعدات بناءً على أسعار السوق.
• تحديد التكاليف المباشرة والتكاليف غير المباشرة.
• تسعير كل بند على حدة لتكوين تقدير شامل.
• وضع استراتيجيات التسعير
• تطوير استراتيجيات التسعير.
• تحليل أسعار المنافسين واتجاهات السوق للتأكد من القدرة التنافسية للعرض.
• ضمان توافق التسعير مع أهداف الربحية والإيرادات.
• إدارة المخاطر والتقارير
• تحديد وإدارة المخاطر المحتملة التي قد تؤثر على تكلفة المشروع.
• إعداد تقارير دورية حول أداء المشروع والتكاليف.
• ضمان الالتزام بسياسات التسعير المعتمدة.
• التحليل والدعم
• مراقبة السوق لرصد أي تقلبات في الأسعار.
• العمل مع أدوات تحليل البيانات مثل Excel & Python
