Overview

As an Environmental Coordinator/Safety Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting workplace safety within our organization. You will develop and implement environmental programs, conduct safety training sessions, and foster a culture of environmental stewardship and safety consciousness among employees.

Responsibilities
  • Environmental Coordination
    • Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems.
    • Conduct environmental audits and inspections.
    • Manage environmental permits and reporting requirements.
    • Collaborate across departments to integrate environmental considerations.
    • Investigate and resolve environmental incidents.
  • Safety Training
    • Design and deliver safety training programs.
    • Conduct safety assessments and inspections.
    • Develop safety policies and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees.
    • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records related to compliance, training, incidents, and inspections.
    • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
    • Analyze data and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Serve as resource for employees on environmental and safety concerns.
    • Foster a culture of responsibility and awareness through communication and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Aramco construction projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environment qualification.
  • Aramco Approved.
  • Certified HSE Train the Trainer.
  • ISO: 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 91001.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certified.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA) and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • 60 hours a week.
  • Location: Qassim and Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
  • Site-based position with company-provided accommodation and transportation.
  • Salary: 7000–7500 SAR Basic salary, with food allowance and transportation.
  • Immediate joiners with transferable Iqama preferred.
