Job summary

An educational institution in the Riyadh Region is seeking a professional to conduct English intervention sessions and prepare assessments for students. Responsibilities include assessing children's progress, providing feedback to parents, and ensuring organized student folders. This role requires adherence to specified educational standards and effective communication with families. The ideal candidate should be adept at using technology for coordinating interventions and managing data analyses to reach developmental targets for students.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare English IEPS and School Assessments.
  • Run English intervention sessions.
  • Assess children through pre and post tests.
  • Use of CBM assessment to measure students’ progress.
  • Fill out case-study forms with recommendations for children.
  • Provide feedback to parents in pre and post testing meetings.
  • Effectively provide one-on-one intervention with students.
  • Analyze data from parent/student/trainer feedback.
  • Reach progress target of at least 2 total year gains for every child.
  • Provide daily recommendations to parents and invite them to observe sessions.
  • Organize and update student folders with evaluations.
  • Abide by all CARF standards.
  • Use of various technologies like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Follow all employer instructions and guidelines.
Job description

  • Fill out case-study forms (include weaknesses and strength and clear recommended programs for child).
  • Ability to give appropriate feedback to parents in pre and post testing meetings.
  • Provide one-on-one intervention effectively and efficiently while maintaining rapport and connectedness with students.
  • Data analysis: Look at parent/student/trainer feedback- trainer flow sheets/progress test results.
  • Reach progress target of at least 2 total year gains for every child.
  • Provide recommendations to parents on a daily basis on the communication book and invite parents to observe sessions at the center.
  • Ensure student’s folder is kept organized and updated, by ensuring data sheets and evaluations inside the book.
  • Abide by all CARF standards
  • Use of technology (Microsoft Teams, Emails, Planner, One drive, Zoom, etc..)
  • Abide by all instructions and guidelines issued by the employer that are in the best interests of the center and its policies as dictated by the employer alone.
