Overview

Emcore Electromechanical Contracting LLC is seeking qualified professionals for plumbing, electrical, and related trades for temporary works. This role may involve part-time engagements. Only candidates currently in the UAE will be considered. Freelancer candidates can contact immediately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Lead plumbing installations for kitchens, washrooms and utilities, ensuring leak‑free, pressure‑tested systems.
• Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
• Schedule and oversee MEP contractors (mechanical fitters, electricians, plumbers) ensuring work meets spec and safety regulations.
• Assign and delegate work among junior plumbers, maintaining team performance and workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a plumber (residential/commercial/industrial).
• Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Multi-skilled Technician responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and repair of both plumbing and electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Experience with electrical systems including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Only candidates currently in the UAE will be considered.
