Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop electronic and embedded hardware systems, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Proficient in creating schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools such as Altium and KiCad.
- Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, PIC, AVR) and embedded software development.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, signal processing, and power management requirements.
- Design and integrate power electronic circuits, including DC-DC converters and motor drivers, ensuring efficient power management.
- Ability to build and test prototypes, including soldering and assembling components.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design (IPC Standard) and electronics manufacturing.
- Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools to test and debug hardware and software.
- Knowledge of standard communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) for seamless data exchange between subsystems.
- Programming skills in languages like C, C++, and Python for developing and integrating firmware.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions under constraints.
Required skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electronic and embedded hardware and software design and PCB design.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Ability to understand and speak English clearly.
- Documentation: Proficient in reading and creating schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using CAD software, simulation tools, and basic computer applications.
