Job description

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for residencial, commercial and goverment projects in accordance with technical specifications and applicable standards.
• Supervise the execution of electrical works on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare electrical layouts and technical drawings using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and calcuation programs.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure full system integration.
• Perform load calculations, power distribution analysis, and evaluate system performance.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and local/international standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with SBC and NEC electrical codes.
• Produce detailed load schedules, voltage drop analysis, short circuit calculations, and cable sizing reports.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, safety, and civil disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Review shop drawings and respond to contractor RFIs during the construction phase.
• Provide technical support to site teams when needed.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality and delivery within specified deadlines.
