About the job Document Controller - Project Controls Dept.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive document management system to effectively track and organize documents.
- Utilize document management software to efficiently scan, copy, and store both electronic and hard copy documents.
- Employ document coding structure streamline document organization and retrieval.
- Ensure the integrity and accessibility of digital documents by implementing appropriate backup and storage procedures.
- Implement stringent security measures to protect confidential information, including access controls, encryption, and data loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of documents to authorized personnel.
- Analyze organizational document workflows and identify areas for improvement.

- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Information Management or related subject.
- Minimum 8 years experience in document / information
- Technical knowledge of document and content management systems and typical data management applications.
- Methodical and analytical approach to work, the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
