Bayut in Saudi is an integral part of the Dubizzle Group and is now looking to hire an experienced Head of Sales, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sale of real estate. You will be working with a team of agents to ensure that each one is performing their job effectively and in accordance with company standards. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. You will be required to hit annual targets, build relationships, and understand customer trends.
  • Provide direction and overall execution of the sales plan and objectives for Timbers Company and its development projects.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the annual marketing budget, sales goals, sales initiatives and revenue forecasting process for all Timbers projects.
  • Implement sales training, sales team goal measurement and metrics to maximize sales revenue while achieving increasingly efficient revenue results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial and related sales information.
  • Provide consistent communication and review of monthly financial sales performance for Timbers development projects.
  • Provide sales analysis, interpretation, and recommendations to the corporate management team that contribute to the long-term sales performance of the company and its development projects.
  • Evaluate new development, sales management, and other sales opportunities.
  • Identify best practices to improve the sales processes and overall marketing and sales efficiency.
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan. Track these goals by meeting with team members on a regular time.
  • High following up and continuous coaching for team members by helping team members reach their full sales potential, and the ability to support and motivate sales members is essential.
  • Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continuous coaching, build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Prepare the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Analyse trends and results and generate timely sales reports.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its a strong presence.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Train the sales team to handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met.
  • Plan and implement sales objectives and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
  • Manage priorities and workflow.
