Job Description

Director-Marine Infrastructure Asset Manager to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as the JCDC representative for all marine infrastructure assets prior to handover to commercial operators.

  • Conduct condition assessments, audits, and lifecycle planning of marine structures, utilities, and associated facilities.

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, maintenance schedules, and performance monitoring systems.

  • Coordinate with design, construction, and environmental teams to ensure infrastructure meets regulatory and operational standards.

  • Prepare documentation and data packs required for transition to commercial marina operators.

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and service providers related to asset maintenance and readiness.

  • Provide technical input into commercial operator tendering and onboarding processes.

  • Support the AM department with the preliminary acceptance of all marine infrastructure assets from the internal PMT.

  • Develop the scope and support the tendering process to onboard a maintenance contractor responsible for safeguarding the structural and operational integrity of all marine infrastructure during a 2 to 3 years mothballing period, until the commercial operator is mobilized.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering, Maritime Management, or related field.

  • 20+ years’ experience in marine infrastructure, port/marina operations, or asset management.

  • Strong understanding of maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

  • Proven ability to manage complex assets and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
