Job summary

A dynamic interior design firm, located in the Riyadh Region of Saudi Arabia, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist & Content Creator. The ideal candidate will drive online presence through engaging content creation and strategic digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include developing campaigns, monitoring performance, and collaborating on branded content. The role requires at least 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, a relevant degree, and outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic.

Role Overview

Are you ready to make your creative and strategic mark in a dynamic company specializing in being a One-Stop-Shop for fit-out project needs, providing end-to-end turnkey project management services, the intersection of interior design & fit-out contracting? If you are a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist & Content Creator who can drive our online presence, produce engaging content, and support lead generation, we invite you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Management
  • Create high-quality content (blog posts, case studies, project stories) about our projects (project management, interior fit-out, and design work)
  • Produce visual content: photos, short videos, reels, time-lapses from project sites
  • Develop social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X etc.)
2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta / Facebook / LinkedIn Ads, email marketing)
  • Define KPI's and track campaign performance; optimize based on data
  • Manage marketing budget for paid channels
3. Brand & Design Collaboration
  • Work closely with the design / fit-out team to translate technical project details into marketing-friendly content
  • Create mood boards, concept visuals, and marketing collateral (e.g., before/after, project highlights)
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone across all channels
4. Project Management
  • Plan content calendars and campaign timelines
  • Coordinate with external agencies / photographers / videographers when needed
  • Liaise with project managers to align marketing content with project phases (design, construction, handover)
5. Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor website traffic, social media growth, campaign performance
  • Generate regular marketing reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM data to inform strategy
6. Lead Generation & Nurturing
  • Develop and run digital lead-generation funnels (e.g., downloadable brochures, project catalogs)
  • Help nurture leads through email flows, remarketing, and content offers
  • Support the sales / business development team with content and marketing assets
  • Manage social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
  • Use website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
Skills
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field
  • Experience: 2–5 years in digital marketing + content creation
  • Proven portfolio of content: blog posts, social media, video, case studies
  • Good eye for design; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
  • Video editing skills — e.g., Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and traditional and digital media channels
  • Analytical skills: ability to understand metrics and translate into strategy
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills (English + Arabic)
  • Organized, creative, able to manage multiple projects at once, excellent time management
  • Experience or interest in fit-out construction, architecture, or interior design is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to solve problems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and CMS software and Adobe Creative Suite
