Overview

Help AG is looking for a talented and experience Cybersecurity Consultant who has hands-on experience in implementing and managing cybersecurity solutions with expertise in any of the technologies:

  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Proxy solutions
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to protect critical infrastructure, enhance security protocols, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and support cybersecurity solutions in alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Implement and manage security technologies from vendors such as Symantec, Fortinet, Cerebra, Trellix, A10, Infoblox, Getvisibility, and CyberArk.
  • Analyse and respond to security incidents, providing actionable recommendations for mitigation.
  • Configure and manage advanced security tools such as DLP systems, sandbox environments, PAM solutions, web proxy servers, and MDM platforms.
  • Customize policies and workflows to meet specific operational and compliance needs.
  • Work with IT teams to align security initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on cybersecurity strategies and best practices to minimize risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, incident response procedures, and compliance audits.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, root cause analysis, and remediation steps.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity implementation and management.
  • Expertise in at least 3 of the following areas: DLP, Sandboxing, PAM, Proxy, and MDM.
  • Familiarity with security solutions from Symantec, Fortinet, Cerebra, Trellix, A10, Infoblox, Getvisibility, and CyberArk.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Experience with incident response and threat hunting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
