Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess approximately 4 years of experience in cyber security and hold relevant industry certifications. As a Cyber Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and reviewing security architectures to protect critical assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement robust security architectures of complex digital environments for diversified clients across multiple sectors and industries

  • Review and advise on security architectures for on premise as well as cloud based environments.

  • Conduct security assessments, threat profiling and design security reviews on existing and new systems.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security best practices into system designs and processes.

  • Develop and maintain secure design principles in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Review, evaluate and recommend security solutions, tools, and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture.

  • Stay current with evolving cyber threats, new technologies, latest vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, Information Security, or a related field.

  • Approximately 4 years of professional experience in cyber security roles, with demonstrated expertise in security architecture.

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Google Professional Cloud Architect certification.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of security technologies, protocols, and cyber frameworks such as NIST.

  • Experience with cloud security, network security, and application security design and implementation.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
